JDF Co-op Credit Union gives back in a big way

THE JAMAICA Defence Force (JDF) Cooperative Credit Union Limited has increased its corporate social responsibilities as part of its strategic objectives to create value and resilience. Over the period 2023, several initiatives were executed:

1. Educational scholarships and grants to members’ children who were successful in PEP, CAPE and CSEC exams;

2. Donation items in the form of groceries, etc. were given to YWCA.

3. Donations to Curphey Home – veterans – items of groceries and birthday celebration for 102-year-old Stanley Francis.

The credit union’s intervention sand partnerships have positively impacted the constituents, environment, members, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere. The credit union promises to continue to give back to the vulnerable groups in the society.
